Description // HEIST transformed an inconspicuous six-storey building in Marylebone, London, into a murky underworld complete with a secret bar, wandering guards, and an invisible kingpin. Teams of eight were taken on a journey where from the start their decisions and actions had the potential to change the story as they hid, sneaked and blagged their way through an epic theft.
Created by Jon Cooper and Andrew Somerville of differencEngine and Dean Rodgers, HEIST was scheduled to run for three weeks, but it sold out in minutes. The show closed nine months later following a sell out run. It was nominated for an Off West End Award, and featured in Time Out, The Evening Standard and The Stage.
